The name of this piece was inspired by a classic song by ‘The Beach Boys’! This painting made me wish that I was the beach on a really hot day - incidentally, I painted it on a really hot day too. I’ve never had candy floss, or a swirly lolly, and I’ve only had a toffee apple at Halloween, but hopefully when I next visit the beach I’ll have all three!”
